2024 marked six years continuing our mission to improve the health and wellbeing of vulnerable New Yorkers.
We invested over $172 million in 2023 grants across our five program areas to support healthcare providers, schools, food banks, and other nonprofit organizations addressing critical community health needs and social determinants of health. Additionally, we awarded another $208 million for projects beginning in 2025.
In 2024, we achieved a significant milestone: our grantmaking surpassed $1 billion. This is more than a number—it represents countless lives served and is a testament to the power of partnership, compassion, and a shared vision of a healthier future for all.
Our extraordinarily dedicated grantee partners are driving change and building healthier communities in every corner of our State. Click on each region to see our 2024 grants and a link listing the local organizations we support.
